Industrial Service Company is a pump parts manufacturer and repair center in Easton, PA servicing mainly the electric utilities. Responsibilities:

• Finish machine parts to specifications using lathes
• Long shaft work a plus
• Able to read blueprints, drawings, and engineering information
• Capable of holding tight tolerances
• Work with steel, stainless steel, aluminum, bronze, and other materials as needed
• Determine proper feed and speed rates to achieve the required surface finish based on the material being used
• Check accuracy of work against drawings and specifications
• Keep area and equipment clean and organized

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Prefer a minimum of 5 years experience, however would be willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to hold tolerances down to .0005”
• Knowledge of precision measuring instruments such as calipers, ID and OD micrometers, depth gauges, and indicators
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail

Pay:

• Up to $40/hr based on experience and training needed

Schedule:

• Full time
• Monday through Friday
• 6:00am – 2:30pm
• Overtime Opportunities – as needed Monday through Friday 2:30-4:30pm and Saturday 6:00am – 11:00am
