Director Responsibilities:

• Ensure the growth and profitability of the division for clinical medical staffing business locally in Chicago and nationally.
• Hire, train, and develop a high performing recruiting/account management team and other support staff.
• Initiate weekly 1:1 meetings with staff to deliver timely performance feedback.
• Maintain oversight of operational and financial performance of the division.
• Develop and execute recruiting and service delivery strategies to expand market share across the clinical healthcare vertical.
• Drive effective recruiting and operations strategies to develop robust candidate pipelines and deliver on forecasted client hiring needs.

Director Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Healthcare staffing industry experience a must!
• Proven success as a strong leader in staffing.
• Prior experience in a leadership position.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Passionate driving a strong company culture.
• High-energy, goal-driven, works with a sense of urgency and loves building relationships!
