Salary:$100,000 to $120,000 - Salary based on experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversite of projects- execute the schedule/plan.
- Productivity - labor tracking and planning.
- Assist with technical interpretation on the job site.
- Ensure all quality and safety standards are adhered to.
- Coordinate with third parties - GC, Subs, Inspections.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience being a Superintendent.
- Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time, and quality standards.
- Reviewing project documents, plans, and specifications.
- Directing construction activities, resolving difficulties, and coordinating with field employees.
- Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications, and scheduling needs.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients and customers.
