Salary:Negotiable based on Experience $100,000 to $120,000

Responsibilities:

• Oversite of projects- execute the schedule/plan.
• Productivity - labor tracking and planning.
• Assist with technical interpretation on the job site.
• Ensure all quality and safety standards are adhered to.
• Coordinate with third parties - GC, Subs, Inspections.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience being a Superintendent.
• Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time, and quality standards.
• Reviewing project documents, plans, and specifications.
• Directing construction activities, resolving difficulties, and coordinating with field employees.
• Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications, and scheduling needs.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients and customers.
