Responsibilities:

• Oversite of projects- execute the schedule/plan
• Productivity - labor tracking and planning
• Assist with technical interpretation on the job site
• Ensure all quality and safety standards are adhered to
• Coordinate with third parties - GC , Subs, Inspections

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience being a Superintendent
• Ensuring schedule completion of projects within established budget, time and quality standards.
• Reviewing project documents, plans and specifications and directing construction activities, resolving difficulties, and coordinating with field employees
• Possess a complete and comprehensive understanding of the project requirements, blueprints, specifications, and scheduling needs
• Ability to effectively communicate with all personnel, clients and customers

Salary: $70,000-$94,000
