Position Summary:

The Receptionist reports to the Controller and is primarily responsible for Accounts Payable Freight Coding and Accounts Receivable transaction processing. The role also greets vendors, customers, job applicants and other visitors, answers and routes phone calls in accordance with office policy.

Position Responsibilities:

-Process Accounts Payable Freight Coding

-Process LockBox, Cash Box, Remote Deposit Transactions.

-Back-up support for ACH Cash Application

-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages

-Greet persons entering building, ensure sign in procedures are adhered to

-Receive and sort incoming mail.

Essential Skills & Experience

- 1 years of proven work experience in similar role(s)

-Professional, personal presentation

-Reliability

-Ability to organize, multitask, & work under pressure

-Good communication skills, both written and verbal
