Job Title: Loan Application Support Specialist
Reports To: Loan Application Support Manager

Salary Grade: 8/8A
SUMMARY
Provides system software support for all loan related software programs. Assists with conversion of the loan portfolio of acquired banks to UCB systems. Ability to lead training sessions on supported applications and processes Maintains loan products, documentation, and specifications on core, document preparation, and decisioning software systems and any other supported applications for which employee is responsible. Serves as primary resource in coordination of the testing and implementation of new releases and enhancements to all loan-related systems and ancillary programs.
