Auro Hotels- Florida Region is Hiring an IT Field Support Specialist Near Greenville, SC
The IT Field Support Specialist will be working with colleagues (of various levels of IT knowledge) to resolve Hardware, Software, and Networking concerns, showing problem-solving abilities related to system configurations/settings while working within security standards and safety parameters.
The IT Field Support Specialist will primarily be responsible for working with end users on the change management involved in migrating to new versions of Microsoft Sharepoint, Teams, Outlook, so experience and expertise in these solutions is essential.
Experience with Azure Entra ID and Zscaler ZIA/ZPA preferred, but not essential.
The position is "onsite" from our Greenville Resource Center with occasional regional travel (e.g. Georgia/Atlanta) as needed.
