As we continue to grow and expand our market presence in Central PA, we are seeking a motivated and dynamic Strategic Account Manager to join our team.

Job Description: As a Strategic Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and profitability of our business by maintaining strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking out and developing new partnerships. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients to understand their needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure a seamless experience from initial contact through project completion. Additionally, you will represent our company in various industry groups and events to enhance our visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand our customer base through prospecting and networking activities.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive profitable growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to deliver exceptional service and support to customers.
  • Actively participate in industry groups, trade shows, and community events to promote our brand and build connections.
  • Utilize effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and maximize productivity.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration to contribute to the overall success of the sales team and company.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the construction or building materials industry.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of sales principles and strategies.
