Indigo Signs is an innovative custom sign company that designs, manufactures, installs, and services high quality signs.

We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our Fargo ND team of collaborative sign professionals.

The Sales Support Specialist will work closely with the sales teams as well as our internal teams to facilitate communication and timeliness of the entire project process.

Once a project is completed the Sales Support Specialist will verify accuracy of completion, provide customers completion photos and any required forms, and will verify customer is satisfied with the project to ensure Indigo Signs met commitment and payment is approved by the customer.

Essential Functions Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communicationCollaborate on inquiries and requests from Sales Rep's, internal teams and customersIdentify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfactionBecome proficient in use of Mothernode CRM softwareMaintain accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of jobDemonstrate Indigo Signs core values Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people of varying skills and backgroundsProven customer service and / or sales support experienceHighly motivated, self-directed individual who is able to work in a team or by oneselfFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices helpfulKnowledge of Microsoft Excel and / or Smartsheet extremely helpfulAbility to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time efficientlyKnowledge of sign manufacturing is a plus
