About You:
Our ideal candidate is a self motivated self-starter who is able to work under guided supervision to complete time sensitive tasks. You are an avid problem solver adept at debugging technical systems and products, and enjoy hands-on work. You are competent and likable. You thrive working directly with customers at their sites on a daily basis. You are driven to help people achieve their goals through providing excellent service. You enjoy traveling to customer sites on the West Coast.

Essential Functions:

• Be an enthusiastic and credible guide to Indicate’s content
• Have outstanding customer service skills
• Confidently apply analysis, new/customized approaches, and complex problem solving requiring knowledge of calibration, and preventative maintenance
• Participate collegially as a team player
• Evaluate customer requirements
• Assist in connecting customer needs with Indicate's offerings

Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Experience in service oriented activities
• Ability to carefully handle and manipulate data
• Strong familiarity with MS Windows, MS Office applications and basic file structures
• Aptitude for retention and communication of detailed product knowledge
• Excellent written, verbal, and nonverbal interpersonal and communication skills
• Maturity and safe work habits in an industrial environment
• Possess and maintain a valid driver's license with excellent driving record
• Ability to travel extensively within the West Coast
• Ability to work overtime

Preferences: 

• Experience in mechanical/manufacturing engineering or equivalent, use of CAD systems, computer programming
• Background in one or more technical disciplines - metrology, quality control, additive manufacturing, machining
• Familiarity with one or more types of equipment - CMM's, machine tools
