Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and phone etiquette at all times
- Communicate effectively with customers in English.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a team environment
