SUMMARY
Assists the Human Resource Manager in carrying out all company polices and procedures. Serves as liaison to team members and represents IAF.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree and 7 to 10 years’ related experience and/or training. PHR or SHRM-CP preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public. Fluent in English. Japanese as a second language is helpful.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtracts, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

While performing the duties of this job, the team member is regularly required to talk or hear. The team member is occasionally required to stand and use hands, walk, bend, lift, or twist. The team member frequently is required to reach with hands and arms. The team member is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The team member must occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. The team member must be able to lift a container of fasteners weighting up to 25 pounds on a regular basis. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; and talk or hear.

Team members must be proactive in the problem solving. The team member needs to take all issues and complaints to the team leader. The team member needs to work out disagreements with others and take constructive criticism without becoming angry, losing temper, or raising voice when speaking. The team member needs to not complain to other team members.
