Proof of vaccination not required.

Entry level candidates, $16 starting hourly but negotiable with experience. Willing to train suitable candidates.

Friday 8-5
Saturday 8-1
Sunday CLOSED

The full time position does require a weekly Saturday shift from 8a - 1p.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to light nursing duties, giving injections, vitals check and electronic medical record charting. The ability to draw blood is a plus as well as being bilingual! Must be able to work independently and show great attention to detail.
1. Engage & interact with patients, customers & co-workers in a friendly, courteous, respectful and professional manner.
2. Answer incoming calls promptly and in a customer friendly manner.
3. Schedule appointments for new & returning patients.
4. Review paperwork with new patients, explain benefits & explain financial responsibility.
5. Create new charts for patients according to specifications, pull charts for appointments, check charts for neatness and completeness.
6. Advise patients of company financial policies. Collect payments.
7. Administratively manage visits.
8. Responsible for medical record maintenance and front office record keeping procedures.
9. Maintain a clean, neat and organized work station / environment.
11. Maintain the strictest patient and personal confidentiality.
12. Correspond timely, accurately & professionally with physician offices, insurance carriers, employers, etc.
13. Inventory and maintenance of business office supplies.
Other duties as assigned.
