Responsibilities

The People Success Business Partner is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management across the organization.

Essential Duties:

• Provide full life cycle employee support inclusive of assistance with onboarding, off boarding, status changes, compensation / title changes, personal changes, benefit administration.
• Conduct weekly meetings with respective squad leadership.
• Consult with squad management & provide HR guidance when appropriate.
• Provide day to day performance management guidance to squad management (coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions etc.).
• Administer and track Leave of Absence requests.
• Handle and track Workers’ Compensation cases and complete OSHA paperwork as needed.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues through conducting effective, thorough, and objective investigations as needed.
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.
• Work closely with squad management & employees to improve work relations, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Analyze trends & metrics in partnership with other HRBPs & SVP, People to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
• Respond to emails in the People Success email inbox.
• Assist other Business Partners as needed.
• Other job duties and projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

• High school diploma and/or equivalent work experience, required
• Bachelor’s degree, preferred
• Minimum of three years’ experience in a human resources role completing generalist tasks
• Previous experience with entering, maintaining, and reporting from an HRIS
• Functional experience with the Microsoft suite of products

Language Ability

• Excellent interpersonal skillsExcellent interpersonal skills

Certifications

• PHR or SHRM-CP certified, preferred
