The Managed Care Coordinator will support the Managed Care team with various tasks and projects related to revenue cycle and claims management, including but not limited to:

• Review and analyze claims data to ensure appropriate reimbursement.
• Research and prepare reports to identify claims-related trends and high-level reimbursement issues.
• Work claims related to the No Surprise Act: Independence Dispute Resolution
• Appeal denied claims and underpaid claims and associated follow-up with insurers.

• Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to multitask.
• Must be able to work well under pressure in a very fast-paced, high volume environment.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-first attitude, with the ability to work with colleagues in a responsible, professional, and proactive manner.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other office tools.
