The therapy team for Meadowbrook Rehab & Nursing and Pine Creek Rehab is growing, and we would be happy to have you! A state-certified (PTA) Physical Therapist Assistant license is required to be eligible for this position.

What do we ask from you?
Requirements
- Current Utah - Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license in good standing
- Associates degree from accredited university
- Effective communication
- Willingness to learn local, state, and federal laws/regulations in regards to long-term care
- Enjoys working with the general population of a skilled nursing facility
Job Duties
- Occasionally treat clinically complex patients
- Provide competent care for geriatric patients
- Provide adaptive ADL-retraining
- Learn documentation process and maintain productivity standards
