Job Summary:
Human-I-T is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to grow and manage a network of donors, clients, and partners for our ITAD, E-waste, and related services. This dual role involves both the expansion of new business opportunities and the nurturing of existing relationships. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, networking, building and maintaining relationships, closing donation or service requests, and managing donor initiatives. The successful candidate should have a talent for sales, customer service experience, and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. They will be responsible for achieving specific goals within set timeframes, thus requiring someone who is results-driven and confident in their ability to foster lasting connections.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Secure Technology donations for Human-I-T
Educate new and existing clients about Human-I-T services
Conduct daily calls or emails with new prospects or leads
Prepare and deliver sales presentations
Attend virtual and in-person networking events
Manage a high volume of emails and calls to repeat and prospective donors
Coordinate logistics for incoming donations in collaboration with the Operations team
Project manage department and donor initiatives
Regularly collaborate with the Business Development team to develop and improve services
Manage the entire sales cycle from initiation to invoicing, including documentation and project management
Perform general administrative duties as needed
Education:
High School diploma or G.E.D. required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred
Experience:
1-2 years of B2B sales experience
Customer service experience is strongly preferred
