Description

As the Product Fulfillment associate, you will be part of a team dedicated to driving impact through increasing and maintaining high-quality standards for our products. Your pivotal role ensures the successful and efficient cycle of our products from acquisition to delivery. Your primary responsibility will be owning product fulfillment, quality control, and maximizing the value and impact of our ITAD operations.

Job Responsibilities/Duties

Product Fulfillment and Quality Control:

  • Manage and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, overseeing technology that is sold through our e-commerce platform and distributed to communities in need.

  • Develop and implement rigorous inventory management and quality control processes, ensuring all refurbished technology meets or exceeds industry standards.

  • Ensuring a well-coordinated reception of all materials, items, and products, and making sure they are sorted, labelled, and stored per company policy

  • Ensuring delivery deadlines are met

  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline procedures for inspecting, testing, and refurbishing electronic products, and to ensure adherence to packing and shipping protocols.

  • Track inventory levels across all channels

Maximizing Value and Impact:

  • Define and implement standards to maximize the value and impact of ITAD operations, like requiring operations to pair all donated laptops with chargers for full refurbishment and higher-value resale.

  • Work closely with the operations team to optimize the refurbishment process, promoting cost efficiency and value creation.

  • Monitor day to day activities Thru our programmatic channels.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, customer satisfaction, and product quality, taking proactive steps to achieve or exceed targets.

  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas, trends, and patterns, and provide strategic recommendations based on these findings.

Qualifications


Education:

  • A high school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent degree is required

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering, or related fields is preferred

Experience:

  • Proven experience in e-commerce operations, preferably in the refurbishment and resale of technology products.

  • Technical experience- IT device support, sales, asset management, or other relevant experience- is preferred

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of refurbished technology standards, customer service best practices, and e-commerce platforms.

  • Ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to gather, interpret, and act on data.

  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high-quality standards.

  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously

  • Asana software knowledge preferred

  • Willingness to be Hands on when needed

  • Perform other duties as assigned
