Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill various positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract top talent, such as online job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and external recruitment agencies
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and company policies during the recruitment process
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
- Participate in training development initiatives to enhance recruitment skills and knowledge
- Assist with succession planning efforts by identifying potential candidates for key positions

Experience:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), such as Taleo or Lever
- Strong interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
- Ability to effectively negotiate job offers with candidates
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
