Details: Customer Service Representative Location: Haltom City, TX Rate: $23.93 Shift: 1st Shift Duration: 1 Year **US Citizen candidates only** We have an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in our Fort Worth, TX facility. Serves as customer interface on product status and delivery. Responsible for management of customer expectations through the overall administration of customer orders from initial receipt to shipment of the product. This position represents a key interface to Clients Landing Systems division customers requiring the use of excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong customer relationships and to resolve issues involving material supply and shipments. Essential / Key Responsibilities: * Provides timely, professional and exceptional customer service with responsiveness (within 24 hours) on all customer inquiries from quotes through customer receipt * Manages all aspects of customer orders including reporting, expedites, reschedules, bottleneck processing, credit releases and all other customer service activities to support business initiatives following established SIOP processes * Responsible for reviewing and processing customer orders; determine ways to improve the process * Supports and encourages customers to utilize web portals and Aeroxchange usage * Drives enhancements in department efficiency including improving customer OTD with communication with customer * Supports customer AOG to meet maximum of 4 hour response time * Supports successful new programs and service execution in the market including retrofit or field repairs * Achieves operational excellence through the deployment of ACE (continuous improvement) and consistently demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement * Supports and implements all ITC initiatives; promotes strong ethical culture and sustains best-in-class Ethics and Compliance * Provides backup support while other team members are out of the office * Performs other duties as assigned * Working Environment: Office. *Education / Certifications * BA/BS degree w/0-2 years related work experience *Experience/Qualifications * General understanding of basic business principles * Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word * Demonstrated success in internal/external customer communication * Must be able to verify U.S. Person Status as defined by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) Preferred: * Aerospace/Aircraft industry experience * SAP experience (no requirement of MS Access) * Wide Area Workflow experience * Demonstrated knowledge of techniques for data analysis, integration and management, extraction, transformation, loading, and verification * Reading, interpreting, and writing eXtensible Markup Language (XML) * SIOP process experience * International experience
