Inclusively is partnering with a safety science company to hire a Testing Technician- Fire and Smoke.

ABOUT INCLUSIVELY:

What you’ll learn & achieve:

  • Examines test samples and reads blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, measuring instruments, and operational instructions. Evaluates test performance and reviews test and construction data with supervisor.
  • Builds and/or adapts setup and test equipment to new situations, based on data sheets and instructions from engineering department personnel.
  • Operates designated machines and special laboratory equipment. Performs routine maintenance of designated test equipment and laboratory area.
  • Receives instructions from and reports data to engineers and other laboratory personnel.
  • Records observed or calculated data on appropriate forms and prepares data sheets and test reports.
  • Integrates continuous improvement concepts and techniques into all aspects of the job.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Associates degree in Electronics, or related field experience/degree.
  • Strong electronic knowledge is preferred
  • Proven ability to be innovative and creative
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interact with customers
  • Strong computer skills and ability to navigate technologies and systems required.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office suite is a must
