Inclusively is partnering with a electronic design automation to hire a Sales Operations Specialist-EDA/Semi.

Key Qualifications:

  • BS/BA with 3 years of experience, CS/EE preferred.
  • Collaborate with internal organizations and Customer to support product delivery and tracking, ensuring processes are in compliance with customer contract(s).
  • Assist international sales team in roles such as subcontractor tracking, NDA’s, customer Executive Level organizational updates.
  • Conduct data preparation, tracking and reporting.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop Executive communication and strategic planning collaterals.
  • Collaborate with internal organizations and Customer to support product delivery and tracking, ensuring processes are in compliance with customer contract(s).
  • Assist international sales team in roles such as subcontractor tracking, NDA’s, customer Executive Level organizational updates.
  • Conduct data preparation, tracking and reporting.
  • Work with sales leadership to develop Executive communication and strategic planning collaterals.
  • Strong essential skills including coordinating amongst multiple stakeholders with varying needs.
  • Supports problem resolution through data-driven, conscious decision-making.
  • Provides regular project reports to management.
  • Promotes, implements, and improves team, cross-functional and cross-departmental business and engineering processes and practices.
  • A quick learner with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Basic understanding of chip design and/or semiconductor
  • Strong verbal and written presentation/communication and organization skills are a must with strong abilities in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Able to travel on occasion for short periods of time.
  • Pleasant personality with good customer interface and communication skills.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $93,000-$162,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
