Inclusively is partnering with a multinational universal bank to hire a AVP, Digital Content Producer.

What will you be doing?

  • On behalf of a global financial services organization, project manage web production activities with internal stakeholders, ensuring timely implementation of deliverables and clear communication around requests.
  • Author and deploy digital content within the Marketing & Capabilities business area using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including product information and interface design using AEM templates and components.
  • Validate requirements for quality, accuracy, and adherence to content guidelines and SEO best practices.
  • Work with Development team and Product Owner on new features and/or enhancements to the system.
  • Identify functionality that needs to be enabled to take advantage of AEM 6.5 features.
  • Conduct content audits and quality assurance checks on web content.
  • Monitor site performance and raise defects, issues, and bugs.
  • Propose fixes and communicate opportunities for enhancements.
  • Attend Monthly Production Meetings, keep stakeholders engaged and accountable for meeting delivery timelines, and communicate build and target launch dates and publish freezes.
  • Leverage existing processes while identifying areas for process improvement.
  • Drive definition and enhancement of processes and procedures to adjust for an increasingly changing landscape.

What we’re looking for:

Requires Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or closely related field and five (5) years of post-baccalaureate progressively responsible experience in the position offered or in Web Production or Content Management Systems related roles. At least five (5) years of progressively responsible experience must include: Applying technical understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to identify and implement improvements and efficiencies. Utilizing HTML & CSS, JQuery, JavaScript, JSON, Xml, Ajax, and Bootstrap to conduct technical reviews, troubleshoot issues, and find solutions. Utilizing Adobe Experience Manager’s Digital Assets Management System to create and enhance images to go into production. Using content management tools to support content, author, manage, and publish content on various platforms.
