Systems Integration Specialist:

Inceed has partnered with an industry leader in the electrical infrastructure and construction space to help find a skilled Systems Integration Specialist to join their team!
We are looking for an experienced Systems Integration Specialist who is well-versed in Systems Administration, Systems Integration, IT Infrastructure and Systems Integrations, Office 365 Administration, Networking, and Machine Virtualization. This role will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing technical projects in the Mergers & Acquisitions space, ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget, while meeting the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will play a critical role in liaising between our technical teams, clients, and stakeholders to drive project success. 
Responsibilities:

• Project Coordination: Collaborate with technical teams and clients to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones and deadlines are met.

• Systems Administration: Utilize your expertise in Systems Administration to provide guidance and support to project teams. Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure the smooth operation of systems.

• Systems Integration: Oversee the integration of various systems, ensuring that they work seamlessly together to meet project goals.

• IT Infrastructure and Systems Integrations: Manage IT infrastructure components, including hardware and software, and oversee the integration of these components into the client's environment.

• Office 365 Administration: Administer and maintain Office 365 environments, including user management, security settings, and application integration.

• Networking Experience: Collaborate with network engineers to ensure that networking requirements are met for each project. Troubleshoot network issues and optimize network performance.

• Machine Virtualization: Manage virtualization technologies to create and maintain virtual machines as needed for project requirements.

• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, technical specifications, and progress reports.
• Travel: The person selected for this role will be required to travel to sites within the US to meet with stakeholders, gather requirements, and assess current IT & IS environments.
  • Travel % varies: but can be up to 50% as needed. 

• Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, issues, and risks to stakeholders, both internally and externally. Provide regular updates to project teams and management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in Systems Administration, Systems Integration, IT Infrastructure, Office 365 Administration, Networking, and Machine Virtualization.
• Previous experience in project coordination or management is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

• Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional) are a plus.
• A commitment to staying updated with industry trends and technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred, not required.

Other Information:

• Please note that this is NOT a remote opportunity. 
• This role does require travel to sites outside of Houston by plane and you will be expected to be onsite for one week at a time. The travel % can be up to 50% but can vary based on project needs.
