Inari Medical is Hiring a Supply Chain Business Analyst Near Irvine, CA
The Supply Chain Business Analyst supports the Supply Chain organization with analyzing data by creating reports/dashboards, drawing meaningful business insights, and developing processes/systems/tools to optimize the capture and analysis of data.
Responsibilities
- Use data to support team members in identifying opportunities for performance improvement.
- Support special projects by helping to deliver data driven business cases and metrics for project success.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and business models to support decision making.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, status reports and project trackers.
- Participate in ongoing review and monitoring of the health of current projects, identifying risks, issues, and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in development and maintenance of program governance for intake, review, authorization, execution, and closing of projects.
- Interface with cross-functional teams to align on reports and determine which data sources and reports provide the most value to the business.
- Maintain current best practices and technology for data analytics and business intelligence.
- Support process optimization using strategies for problem solving, root cause analysis, and continuous Improvement principles such as Lean.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Data Science preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in in a manufacturing or operations environment.
- Experience in NetSuite, Power BI and/or Tableau is required.
- Knowledge of applicable FDA regulations and ISO guidelines as related to procurement.
- High accountability for results; strives to meet and exceed expectations.
- Ability to extract, manipulate, analyze, verify integrity, and report data.
- Solid time management, prioritization, and follow-up skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; strong critical thinking and data analysis skills.
- Flexible, collaborative, and able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
- Takes initiative in seeking new ways to leverage available data for continuous improvement.
- Experience solving complex problems using lean and quality tools.
- Eagerness to learn and develop new skillsets.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Previous experience in the medical device or regulated industry
