Description
The Quality Assurance Supervisor will execute goals and objectives as identified by Quality leadership. This role will oversee training, product releases, equipment management and other production-related activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervises and monitors the work of the Quality Technicians in the performance of monitoring of the Equipment Management System (Calibration/PM).
- Supervise and monitor the work of the Training group in the maintenance of Training assignments and training completion.
- Supervise and monitor the work of the Product review and release team members to ensure compliance to Inari and regulatory requirements.
- Aid in developing and revising Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Train personnel.
- Monitor Quality Objectives to ensure that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met.
- Advise team on Quality matters and procedures. Provide guidance where required.
- Collaborate on the development and improvement of the Quality Management Systems, as assigned.
- Provide mentoring to reports.
- Ensure that Quality Assurance procedures and processes are compliant and implemented correctly.
- Support regulatory/submission activities.
- Other tasks as required for the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- 5 years’ related work experience in the medical device industry.
- 2 years’ supervisory work experience.
- Proven proficiency using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel and the Internet.
- Knowledge of ISO 13485, MDSAP regulations, MDR and other applicable regulatory standards.
- Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and escalate to Upper Management.
- Time-Management skills.

- Strong attention to details.
- Able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong initiative and follow-through.
- Experience using ERP systems.
