Are you ready to shift into the next gear of your career? As Training Coordinator within Inalfa you are in the driver’s seat for coordinating learning and development programs. This position works with all levels in the organization to assess developmental needs and to drive learning initiatives throughout the plant in line with business, employee and business objectives. The position supports projects related to organizational development and will be responsible for researching, designing, developing and facilitating programs aligned to our strategic objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Train and certify production Trainers to train operators.
• Audit the Training Mmatrix for employees on all production operations.
• Continually update Master Training Matrix for operations.
• Perform workstation audits to verify employees perform and understand their assigned work.
• Ensure that all operators comply with quality requirements as written and/or posted.
• Ensure that safety procedures and processes are followed as written and/or posted.
• Ensure Line Leaders coordinate training and maintain the Training Matrix.
• Partner with the Manufacturing Engineers to Participate in regularly updating of work instructions and support documentation of assembly line.
• Work with Engineers to develop training to improve Quality and Processes.
• Write materials for new training programs for the production floor; review, evaluate and modify existing training programs for the production floor.
• Coordinate with outside Vendors to deliver training based on company needs for the production floor.
• Coordinate with outside Vendors to provide training materials based on company needs for the production floor.
• Track hourly and salary training in Training Matrices, supply KPI data for monthly and annual training hours.
• Coordinate with Managers/Supervisors to schedule training and training facilities.
• Assist HR Manager in the coordination of training for salaried employees.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

2-5 Years’ experience in Operations and/or previous Training Administration/Coordination Experience.

High School Diploma or GED.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic math skills

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
