Are you ready to shift into the next gear of your career? As Training Coordinator within Inalfa you are in the driver’s seat for coordinating learning and development programs. This position works with all levels in the organization to assess developmental needs and to drive learning initiatives throughout the plant in line with business, employee and business objectives. The position supports projects related to organizational development and will be responsible for researching, designing, developing and facilitating programs aligned to our strategic objectives.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
2-5 Years’ experience in Operations and/or previous Training Administration/Coordination Experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Basic math skills
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
