Position : HR Coordinator
Location / Type : Lake Bluff, IL 60044
Duration : 6 months with possibility of extension
Contract type : W2
Position Overview :
- With limited supervision by HR Management or Senior HR professionals will assist to coordinate and / or administer various aspects of the organization’s compensation and benefit, recruitment, training, organization development, and employee relations programs.
- Responsible for more than one of these areas and perform many of the same activities as professionals that specialize in these individual HR functions.
Education :
Associates Degree preferred
Duties :
- Applies subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills / knowledge.
- Responsible for supporting variety of programs and activities covering multiple HR activities. Data cleanup, job descriptions, organize efforts to update job descriptions, implement hiring process and development.
- Need to know basics of HR compliance. Focus on supporting the Business Human Resource leader on implementing processes.
- Must be organized and be able to prioritize well. Must interact with leaders at all levels of the business.
