We're seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Mold Remediation Estimators! In this crucial role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and efficient project estimates using Xactimate software.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of mold-affected properties
• Accurately assess the scope of mold remediation work needed
• Utilize Xactimate software to generate detailed, industry-standard estimates
• Collaborate with project managers and crews to ensure estimates reflect all required work
• Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and insurance companies regarding estimates

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in mold remediation or restoration industry
• Proven expertise in Xactimate estimating software
• Strong understanding of industry standards and best practices for mold remediation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate estimates
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
