Job Details
This position requires experience working on federal construction projects (USACE, NAVFAC, AFCEC, etc.).
Responsibilities
Manage the estimation and preconstruction stages of federal government construction projects.
Prepare, respond to, and assemble detailed proposals and RFPs.
Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure bid accuracy and competitiveness.
Keep abreast of industry trends and governmental contracting regulations.
Qualifications
Experience in estimation or preconstruction management, including experience in federal government projects.
Familiarity with government project standards and requirements.
Strong capabilities in proposal development and RFP management.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
