    We are looking for a friendly, welcoming Medical Receptionist to join our team!
    As the receptionist for our busy Physical Therapy Clinic, you will be the first point of contact for our patients. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, verify insurance, collect co pays, and answer phone calls. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking.
    Responsibilities
    • Greet guests as they arrive at the clinic
    • Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
    • Assist with maintaining a clean and inviting environment
    • Provide general patient service and attend to the needs of patients throughout their servicesQualifications
      • Part / Full time employment
      • Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
      • Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
      • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
      • Familiar with computers and scheduling software
      • Excellent multi-tasking skills
      • Bilingual - Spanish speaking preferred
