What Will I Be Doing?
Your job is to sell! In this role you will be responsible for prospecting, creating and converting leads, networking, getting meetings, building relationships, delivering proposals, and closing deals… business development. If you do not enjoy those things, you will not like this job.

You must have a passion for helping others, technology, and solving problems. You must be committed to sales success and have a strong desire to be the best salesperson in our company. You must follow a sales process (yes, we have one) and be committed to improving it.
Also, you must come into our Salisbury, MD office weekly for meetings and attend all events. In addition to being a go-getter, you must follow systems and processes, and be a good listener. In fact, just to prove that you pay attention and can follow directions, when you apply for this position, please put your favorite flavor of ice cream in Answer A. Yep, that’s our little trick to sort out the people who blanket send their resume to anyone and everyone and don’t really care about what the job is versus the folks (like you) who are truly interested in this position.
