Location: Des Moines, IA 

What You Will Do: As the Structures Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and executing a Sales & Product Growth Strategy within the Structures Products. Responsibilities include managing products and programs, furthering market share growth, and ensuring profitable sales and market positioning. Your role will involve gaining deep market knowledge, defining customer needs, and developing strategic product roadmaps.

What You Will Accomplish:

• Partner with Sales to enhance service, value-added solutions, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop market knowledge of customer needs, trends, and channel opportunities.
• Analyze data to make informed decisions, including product sourcing recommendations.
• Lead Voice of the Customer efforts to address customer problems and needs.
• Define and execute market vertical programs, product development projects, and special projects.
• Collaborate with Marketing Communications to enhance brand recognition within targeted market verticals.

Position Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales, or Marketing; MBA preferred.
• Experience: 1 years of Product Management experience; Agricultural industry knowledge preferred.
• Functional Skills: Project & people management, structural design understanding, strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Technology Aptitude/Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Technical aptitude to understand products; Previous experience with Oracle is helpful.
• Language Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication with strong presentation skills.
• Leadership/Behaviors: Ability to engage and influence team members, innovative, collaborative yet self-directed, customer-focused, adaptable.
• Culture Match Behaviors: Ethical and respectful, open communication, team-player with a can-do attitude.

Other Important Information:

• Salary: Commensurate with proven expertise.
• Reports To: VP of Engineering.
• Core Hours: 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (Flexible within 8-9 hours).
• Typical Work Week: Monday-Friday; occasional weekend hours/travel as necessary.
• Work Conditions: Primarily an office environment with visits to Manufacturing areas, job sites, or other customer locations.
• Travel: Up to 50% (potential for international travel).
