What we’re looking for:
What you'll do:
- Plan, implement, launch and improve SHAZAM’s EFT processing and card issuance services by leveraging product health KPIs, market research and client feedback.
- Demonstrate product ownership and accountability for product features, functionality, defects, sales readiness and packaging, client enhancement requests, overall client experience of the product and the interaction, integration, and bundling of SHAZAM's products and services.
- Perform research and build knowledge of the existing product features and pricing, and identify competition’s product features and pricing, customer pains and needs and market segments, market trends and feature gaps related to your assigned product lines.
- Facilitate alignment across cross-department stakeholders and drive product prioritization and strategy for assigned products and business lines.
- Create, maintain and implement a current product strategy and SWOT analysis for assigned product lines.
- Create, maintain and implement a three-year roadmap, and deliver the roadmap items by driving them from idea through execution into market launch and day-to-day operation.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and clients to identify roadmap initiatives, do research on their needs, value propositions, and proposed solutions.
- Define the product needs, including identification of the customers and product requirements, and ensure that customer needs and complaints are sufficiently addressed.
- Track product health KPIs such as adoption, usage, performance of assigned products, as well as product quality metrics including defects.
- Skillfully prioritize and strike a balance between user experience, client experience, as well as platform performance and quality.
- Assist sales and management with customer meetings and client or industry presentations regarding assigned products.
- Participate in and drive the agenda and content to acquire client feedback in customer focus groups, client surveys, the company’s client centric events, and client interviews, and collaborate in the planning and execution of these activities.
- At least 5 years of experience at a bank or credit union, or product management at an EFT or payment solutions provider is required. Knowledge about debit card issuance and payment processing is preferred.
- Must be able to review Excel data sets, graphs, and charts to identify data patterns and trends and research correlation and causality and must be able to comprehend and evaluate technically complex information. Experience with Pivot Tables in Excel is preferred.
- Must be comfortable effectively leading and driving meetings or presenting to internal stakeholders and external clients. Must be comfortable presenting in user forums.
