Project Planning and Execution:

• Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining key tasks, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of project deliverables.

Quality Control:

• Establish and enforce quality standards for all licensed apparel projects.
• Conduct regular inspections and work closely with suppliers to address any quality concerns.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Foster collaboration across design, sourcing, production, and marketing teams to ensure project alignment.
• Act as the central point of contact for all license PD project-related communication.

Product Development Strategy:

• Develop and execute the product development strategy for children's licensed apparel.
• Work closely with the design and production team to translate designs in the best quality within a price sensitive business.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience (8 years) in product development, with a focus on children's apparel and/or character licensed products.
• Strong understanding of licensing agreements, intellectual property, and brand representation.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
• Familiarity with global sourcing and production processes.
