A 25 year old, regional roofing company known for impeccable work and high customer satisfaction is searching for a Finance Manager / Controller to join their exciting journey. They have 4 very profitable branches across 3 states and ambitions to expand to up to 20 locations.

The Financial Architect of Growth:

Oversee all aspects of finance for their growing network, ensuring accurate reporting, strategic insights, and strong controls. Lead the accounting team across branches, managing the entire accounting cycle and crafting insightful reports. Partner with the executive team to develop financial strategies aligned with their aggressive expansion goals, while maintaining our core strengths.

• Build and maintain comprehensive budgets and profit and loss (P&L) statements for the entire organization and individual branches.
• Centralize all accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) activity to ensure efficient cash flow management and streamlined operations.
• Effectively manage and mentor multiple branch accounting personnel, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.

You're a great fit if you have:

• 5 years of finance leadership in roofing or similar industry.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and roofing accounting practices.
• Proven ability to deliver accurate and timely reports for multiple locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
