We are looking for a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the grounds of our facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the attractiveness, cleanliness, and safety of the grounds through various maintenance tasks.
**Responsibilities: **
1. Perform general maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and edging lawns.
2. Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
3. Remove weeds and invasive plants from the grounds.
4. Clean and maintain walkways, parking lots, and other outdoor areas.
5. Assist in seasonal tasks such as leaf removal and snow removal.
6. Monitor and report any issues related to the grounds or equipment.
**Qualifications: **
1. Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscaping.
2. Knowledge of proper plant care and maintenance techniques.
3. Ability to operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment.
4. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
5. Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
6. High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
