Immunitas is a clinical stage precision immuno-oncology company. Their lead program, IMT-009
is a first-in-class T & NK cell modulator targeting CD161. IMT-009 is being developed for the
treatment of solid tumors and hematological malignancies. The company was founded with
leading scientists from Dana Farber, MGH, the Broad, and MIT. Immunitas has raised $97
million to-date from a strong syndicate of investors to advance IMT-009 in the clinic, while
continuing to build and validate their pipeline of novel oncology programs.
Job Summary
Immunitas is seeking a seeking an experienced finance executive to propel their next stage of
growth. Ideal candidates will be forward-thinking, innovative and strategic, with a sense of
urgency to contribute to the development and execution of Immunitas’ current and future
financial strategy. This role requires a strong finance background and the ability to harness this
knowledge to navigate complex business issues. Willingness to dive deep into the details while
keeping an eye on the bigger picture will be critical to finding creative solutions and providing
insights to leadership.

Qualifications And Education Requirements

• Minimum of a Bachelors’ degree; MBA or other graduate degree a plus
• 10-15 years of progressive experience in Finance/Accounting
• Biotech experience required
• IPO, collaboration and M&A experience are each a plus
• Technical accounting skills, or the ability to manage technical accounting resources
• Strong systems, process and best practices experience
• Highly influential and able to flex leadership style according to the situation
• Excellent presentation, preparation and delivery skills
• Decisive with a “big picture” perspective
