Immunitas: the human approach to oncology
Position Summary

Immunitas is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Associate Scientist/Scientist to join
our growing research team in our mission to serve patients with intractable cancers. This role is
critical-path for the company and will have a large impact internally.
We are developing targeted therapeutics for patients with challenging, complex cancers. We
employ a single cell sequencing platform to dissect the biology of immune cells in human
tumors and identify novel, exciting oncology targets. We are currently advancing multiple
programs toward early human studies.
The successful candidate for this position will be an integral member of our growing research
team. You will play a critical role both in advancing our lead antibody program toward the clinic
as well as with discovery efforts on our earlier-stage programs. You will work closely with
experienced scientists in a fast-paced and dynamic research environment.

• Tech development and optimization of display platforms
• Manage and conduct yeast display campaigns to identify and optimize antibodies with

Requirements:

• PhD with 0-2 years, BS/MS with 5 years relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or

• Experience in antibody discovery, e.g. engineering, expression, and/or characterization of

• Experience with a display platform required
• Proven record of assay development and troubleshooting
• Experience in antibody screening methods such as ELISA, flow cytometry/FACS required
• Experience in molecular biology and molecular biology concepts, e.g. primer design, PCR,

research environment
