Role Overview

The Technical sales representative is our technical expert for Hydraulic products from HERION Systemtechnik. You will support sales and customer service in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.

Your tasks

·Provide Remote and On-Site Technical support to internal and external customers ensuring the development of customer-specific solutions, taking technical requirements into account

·Responsible for order management, from independently processing customer inquiries, to creating qualified offers and calculating sales prices, to conducting price negotiations

·Maintain and expand existing customer relationships

·Support and resolve technical complaints

·Support the acquisition of new customers and the development of strategic and long-term business relationships
