Verizon Sales Associate Duties & Responsibilities:

• Generate leads in a given territory to increase customer outreach and drive sales
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding products and services, ensuring thorough understanding and satisfaction
• Skillfully address and overcome customer objections with a positive attitude, fostering trust and confidence in our clients’ products and services
• Evaluate data and create sales reports in order to monitor campaign efficiency and analyze trends
• Provide direct feedback to the Verizon Sales Manager regarding customer experiences and suggestions, contributing to the refinement of sales tactics and enhancing customer retention strategies
• Actively participate in daily meetings aimed at honing sales techniques, enhancing customer service skills, and fostering leadership development within the team

Our Verizon Sales Associate will receive hands-on training in the following areas:

• Customer Acquisition and Retention
• Sales Techniques
• Product Knowledge
• Training and Development
• Market Research

Verizon Sales Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or retail environment is preferred
• Ability to negotiate and overturn objections
• Comfortable public speaking and presenting information to customers
• Commitment to delivering top-tier customer service at all times
• Reliable transportation and the ability to commute to our office location

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,100.00 per week

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
