IMEG Corp. is growing, and we'd love to have you join our team! We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer/Engineer in our Naperville, IL office. As a Senior Mechanical Designer/Engineer, you will provide a high level of leadership in a technical, project management, marketing, or business development discipline for less experienced staff.

Some key duties and responsibilities include:

• Make major decisions of design aspects with little input from senior staff
• Responsible for the complete design plan by discipline for projects of all sizes
• Mentor junior team members, and assign duties to design staff
• Technical aspects in addition to leadership, analyses, quality control, and resolution
• Project management and client relationship building and development

Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

• Leadership attributes with the ability to communicate clearly both orally and written

• Mastery of the technical aspects of one's discipline
• Demonstrated aptitude to design/manage major projects
• Ability to perform final quality control checks in the area of expertise

Education and experience requirements are:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Previous Lab Design experience preferred
• A minimum of 8 - 10 years of qualifying experience
• Professional Engineer license preferred but not required
