We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Designer/Engineer in our Naperville, IL office. As a Senior Mechanical Designer/Engineer, you will provide a high level of leadership in a technical, project management, marketing, or business development discipline for less experienced staff. Some key duties and responsibilities include: Make major decisions of design aspects with little input from senior staff Responsible for the complete design plan by discipline for projects of all sizes Mentor junior team members, and assign duties to design staff Technical aspects in addition to leadership, analyses, quality control, and resolution Project management and client relationship building and development Key skills and abilities needed for the position are: Leadership attributes with the ability to communicate clearly both orally and written Mastery of the technical aspects of one’s discipline Demonstrated aptitude to design/manage major projects Ability to perform final quality control checks in the area of expertise Education and experience requirements are: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Previous Lab Design experience preferred A minimum of 8 - 10 years of qualifying experience Professional Engineer license preferred but not required So, what are you waiting for?
