- Assemble seat adjuster & side rail units for an automotive supplier.
- Keeping a clean and safe environment.
- Associate must stand for 8 hours.
- Must be able to submit to and pass a drug screening.
- Must submit to a background check. (No Felony within 7 years)
- Standing, reaching, bending, twisting, turning, pushing, pulling and stooping.
- Able to lift up to thirty-five pounds.
- Associate must comply with all of the company’s procedures rules and regulations.
- Associate must follow all safety standards.
- Associate must communicate with other station on the assembly line to ensure maximum speed and accuracy.
- Conserve resources and supplies to facilitate minimum waste.
- Follow 5s Standards.
- Assemble components accurately, thoroughly, and quickly to approved specifications.
- Available to work overtime if needed.
- Safety Shoes (Steel Toed Shoes) required.
- Overtime as Required.
- Have reliable transportation to and from work.
- Able to follow rules as set.
