Education & Experience Requirements

• Experience with both Progressive and Transfer press operations preferred
• Overhead Crane Experience preferred.

Primary Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for Safety, Quality, and Productivity of assigned operation.
• Must conform to 5-S standards.
• Must be able to follow standardized practices.
• Must follow Operation Standards, Completing Check Sheet’s, and Completing Production Paperwork.
• Understand Parts and Properly Identified.
• Strong Written and Verbal Communication skills.
• Excellent mechanical ability.
• Strong mathematical skills (add, subtract, multiple and divide).
• Participation in Improvement and Kaizen activates.
• Effectively Communicate Within Area & Between Shifts.
• Must be able to continually lift 45 pounds for 8 or more hours.
• Other Duties as Assigned or As Required Due to Business Unit Needs.
