This position will provide friendly, fast, and accurate service to members, and be responsible for explaining various products and services as well as recognizing and suggesting solutions to member’s needs. The position will support the Credit Union by abiding by and maintaining knowledge of Credit Union policies and procedures to protect member confidentiality, member accounts, and Credit Union assets.
Work is performed in an air-conditioned and heated office environment with exposure to basic office equipment and typical moderate office noise.
