Job Summary :
As a Tech Support Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt and effective troubleshooting support to resolve technical issues.
You will also play a crucial role in setting up new computer systems, configuring user profiles, and delivering training on Apple devices and software applications.
In addition, you will be responsible for onboarding new users and handling offboarding tasks.
You will participate in a rotational schedule for weekend maintenance activities.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in software installation and providing comprehensive support for workstations.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
Proficiency in Windows 10 Operating System, including system setup and configuration.
Solid understanding of networking concepts, server hardware, switching hardware, and cabling.
