Nuclear Weapons/Material Security and Surety Specialist Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) position supporting the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) Nuclear Enterprise (NE) Directorate Fort Belvoir, VA Hybrid spot - 2 days remote from home, 3 days on site at DTRA HQ Brand new 5-year contract. Primary duties include: • Provide analytical support for nuclear security futures development.
• Assist in the oversight and management of nuclear surety and security related programs, groups and committees, to include policy development. • Provide support in monitoring weapons protection issues in Allied Command operations and maintaining liaison with U.S. and NATO nuclear experts to identify surety issues.
• Assist to improve management of DOD Nuclear Programs
• Collect and analyze data, conduct special studies, and develop potential courses of action.
• Provide technical and administrative support coordinating meetings and conferences to include taking meeting minutes and preparing briefing materials and follow-up on assigned tasks. Current TS Clearance required. Also required: BS plus 5 years of relevant experience, or MS/MBA plus 3 years of relevant experience (we will not respond unless we feel you are fully qualified)
