• Bachelor's Degree or higher in related field
• Certification and/or willingness and ability to undergo certification process
• 1-2 years classroom-based work experience
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Nurturing attitude & understanding of child development
• Fluency in English (written & spoken)
• Legal work authorization
